3. Store Owner Responsibilities

As a store owner on StoreGY, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete store information
• Ensuring all products listed comply with local laws and regulations
• Maintaining accurate inventory and pricing information
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in Guyana
• Not engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices

4. Customer Protection

StoreGY is committed to protecting customers:

• Store owners must provide accurate product descriptions and pricing
• Store owners must honor their stated operating hours and contact information
• Store owners must respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp or contact methods provided
• Fraudulent or misleading stores may be suspended or removed from the platform

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The StoreGY platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by StoreGY and protected by international copyright laws. You retain ownership of the content you create (product descriptions, images, store information), but grant StoreGY a license to display and promote your store on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

StoreGY is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StoreGY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

StoreGY makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by store owners.

8. Termination

StoreGY reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
• Inactivity for an extended period

9. Fees and Payment

StoreGY is currently free to use. However, we reserve the right to introduce fees or premium features in the future. Any changes to pricing will be announced in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the new terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

StoreGY reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guyana, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
